HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Currently, we only ship within the USA.

Order Processing Time: 7-10 Days (Mon-Fri)
Transit time: 10-25 Days (Mon-Fri)
Order Cutoff Time: 11.00 PM

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

We have multiple factories in Vietnam, China, and the United States.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We charge a flat rate shipping of $5.99 per order.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

We only allow order modification (change/ cancelation) within 24 hours since payment, except from personalized products, which need to be notified by email within 12 hours since payments. Personalized & customized items are non-refundable, only allowed for replacement.

CUSTOM DUTIES, TAX, AND CHARGES

Customs Duties, Taxes, and charges are not included in our price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. You can track your order in our tracking portal here

In the rare situation, it may take up to 7-10 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments). Sometimes the tracking code is also unavailable if the package is traveling through sorting centers. In such cases, if you’re still unable to locate your item, contact us.
